The Montgomery Farms HOA Annual Membership Meeting is scheduled for: 📅 Tuesday, May 19, 2026 🕖 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM 📍 Montgomery Farms Clubhouse, Main Room Agenda items will include: • Review of 2025 financials and reserve fund status • 2026–2027 budget approval • Board seat elections (2 seats open) • Q&A with residents All homeowners are encouraged to attend. Proxy ballots will be mailed to those unable to attend in person. Please contact the management office if you have agenda items to submit prior to May 5th.
