Montgomery Farms

The HOA has approved a landscaping refresh at both neighborhood entrances. Work will begin Monday, April 21st and is expected to take approximately two weeks. What to expect: • Removal of existing shrubs along the median • Installation of drought-tolerant ornamental grasses and native plantings • Updated mulch and edging throughout the entrance beds • New seasonal color containers at the monument signs Traffic Impact: The right lane of Montgomery Farms Drive at the main entrance may be temporarily coned off during heavy work days. Please use the alternate Ridgeline Court entrance if needed. This project was budgeted in the 2026 landscaping reserve. No special assessment is required.
