FirstService Residential will perform the annual community standards inspection during the week of May 5–9, 2026. What is inspected: • Lawn and landscaping maintenance • Exterior paint and siding condition • Fence and gate condition • Driveway and sidewalk maintenance • Trash and debris • Holiday decoration compliance (items should be stored by inspection week) This is an exterior-only inspection. Inspectors will walk the exterior of your property from the street and common areas. No appointment or interior access is needed. Violation notices, if any, will be mailed within 10 business days of inspection. First-time violations include a 30-day cure period before any fines are assessed.
