Gate Access Remote Replacement Program

The HOA is upgrading the gate access system to improve security and reliability. As part of this upgrade, all existing gate remotes will be deactivated on June 1, 2026.
To receive your new remote(s) at no charge, residents must complete the registration form by May 15, 2026.
How to register:
1. Visit the HOA office during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 4 PM)
2. Bring a valid photo ID and proof of residency (utility bill or lease)
3. Complete the remote registration form
4. Receive your new remote(s) on the spot
Each household is entitled to 2 remotes at no cost. Additional remotes are available for $25 each.
Renters: Please coordinate with your landlord, as remotes are registered to the property of record.
After June 1st, replacement remotes will cost $35 each.
